Art Deco Pince Nez Folding Eyeglasses With Original Chain
This vintage Art Deco era pair of folding eyeglasses called pince nez are from the early 20th century and are white gold filled and silver filled.
Marked on the underside of the bridge 1/10 SF Oxford with 1/10 12K GF.
The original chain is marked Simmons and is 25 inches long and the piece of chain that drops to the glasses is 3 1/2 inches long.
The glasses closed are 3 1/2 inches and open they are approximately 3 3/4 inches wide but because they have a flexible bridge they do open wider to fit any size.
The frame and chain are in excellent condition. The lenses do have some scuffs and scratches.
