Art Deco 14K Mine Cut Diamond Ruby Wedding Band Size 5 3/4
Vintage ladies 14kt yellow gold Art Deco wedding band with white gold top is set 12 old mine cut diamonds and 4 square cut natural rubies.
This ring with it's 1930's Art Deco crown would make a wonderful wedding ring or a fashion ring.
The family that traded this ring in told me that the yellow gold part of this ring was created in the 1970's and the top of the ring is from a 1930's Art Deco stickpin that belonged to a relative at that time.
The top of the ring measures approximately 8.2mm wide and the bottom of the ring is 1.5mm wide.
The 12 old mine cut diamonds measure approximately 1.4mm for a total weight of approximately 1/10 carat and the 4 rubies measure approximately 1.7 x 1.7mm each for a total weight of approximately .32 carats.
There is some chips on a few of the diamonds that are not visible to the naked eye and they appear to have been there when the stickpin was made since a few are under the beads that hold the stones. All stones are bright.
Size 5 3/4.
