Vintage Southwestern Sterling Silver And Veriscite Ring
The gemstone veriscite cabochon in this vintage southwestern sterling silver ring is absolutely stunning with its greenish blue color and black spider webbing.
The top of the ring was designed with a plain bezel set on an antiqued background and surrounded with beading that is often referred to as rain drops on Native American Jewelry.
The band of the ring is approximately 3/16 inch wide at the bottom and was created with two half round sterling wires that are centered with a row of beaded wire giving a beautiful effect to the overall ring.
The top of the ring measures 5/8 by 3/8 inch.
Size 6 3/4.
There are no sterling marks but this piece has been tested and guaranteed to be sterling.
Signed with a hallmark of six round circles surrounding a center circle creating a flower. I have not been able to find who this artist was but they obviously had talent.
