Mexican Silver Parrot Brooch With Jade Cabochon Body Pre Eagle Mark
This wonderful early Mexican Silver brooch with a pre-eagle mark from the 1930's to 1940's is in the form of a Parrot with a large mottled green Jade cabochon for the body and a silver wing applied to the top of the Jade giving this piece a great look with lots of nice detail.
Originally this would have had a small Parrot attached by a chain to the one seen here but is now missing. The look is great as a single Parrot and has been priced very affordably.
Signed with what looks like a back to back PB or possibly JB inside a circular mark of Silver Mexico.
